WILMINGTON, N.C. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Wilmington District, will hold a Change of Command Ceremony on July 10 at 9 a.m. on the battleship USS North Carolina.
Col. Robert Clark will relinquish command of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Wilmington District, to Col. Ben Bennett.
