The National Weather Service of Wilmington, NC released the weekend weather briefing.
Here are the highlights:
- Ice/sleet/snow-related travel hazards continuing through today with refreezing to occur tonight.
- Very cold temperatures expected tonight with many areas dropping into the teens. After a warm-up into the 40s on Sunday, the temperatures will drop to the lower/mid 20s Sunday night.
- Warmer weather expected on Monday (around 50 most locations)
