North Carolina Emergency Management gave an update on Thursday regarding this weekend’s forecast. The NC Climate Office also gave an update regarding the drought forecast.
NC Emergency Management have the following highlights for the forecast.
• Mostly sunny skies are expected on Thursday. Temps will remain below average. and Friday morning temps could dip into the 30s. • Gradual warming will continue Friday with highs in the upper 60s to low 70s. • Showers will develop on Saturday morning.
