White Lake Clean-Up Day

As our 2017 tourist season approaches and we kick off our annual White Lake Water Festival weekend May 19-20, 2017, the Town of White Lake would like to invite all residents and property owners to participate in a volunteer clean-up effort on Saturday, May 6, 2017 to clear any debris from your shorelines (fallen trees, overgrown vegetation, etc.) and the lake (pier construction materials caused by Hurricane Matthew, plastic bottles, aluminum cans, etc.) that may cause bodily injury or damage watercraft while using the lake.

Debris may be deposited in the Waste Management Construction dumpster located adjacent to the Public Works building located at 1815 White Lake Dr.

Please make plans to participate in the “White Lake Clean Up Day” on May 6, 2017 and help us protect our most valuable asset.

Mayor H. Goldston Womble, Jr. & White Lake Town Board of Commissioners.
