The week’s frigid temperatures have led to a lot of fun for Bladen County’s residents. White Lake froze during the weekend and residents have been enjoying the unusual phenomena.
Residents tested their luck to see if the ice would hold them as they played on the ice. Some residents used boats, summer floats, and other items to enjoy the ice.
Temperatures which plunged into the mid-teens for several and barely climbing above freezing for a week. Winter Storm Grayson also added an artistic touch with an inch of snow.
