Dr. Robert P. Taylor, Bladen County Schools Superintendent is resigning.
Robert Taylor, who previously served 10 years as superintendent of Bladen County Schools, fills the vacancy left by former Superintendent Catty Moore, who retired June 30. School board leaders approved the appointment Tuesday. (READ MORE)
