1. Dixie Youth Baseball State Coach-Pitch Tournament: Clarkton Ballfields. Games begin at 4 p.m. with the final game scheduled for 7 p.m. Admission is $10 for ages 13 and older.
2. Government offices closed: Today is a federal, state and local holiday in recognition of Independence Day.
3. Elizabethtown sidewalk sale: Continues through Wednesday. Merchants sell items at reduced prices.
