Here are three things to know for Monday, Jan. 2:
1. Closings: All government offices are closed today for the New Year’s holiday. Offices will reopen Tuesday. Bladen County Solid Waste convenience centers are operating on regular schedule, 7 a.m.-7 p.m., but the transfer station is closed.
2. Bladen County Commissioners Meeting: Tuesday, 6:30 p.m., Commissioners’ Room located on the lower level of the courthouse in Elizabethtown. (READ MORE)
