The Mother County Genealogical Society will meet Saturday February 10th from noon until 2 p.m. at the Bladenboro Historical Society Building, 818 South Main Street Bladenboro, NC. The program title is “Research Methods for Burned Counties and Other Types of Records Loss.”
Sheila Calloway will speak about her experience and lead a discussion on researching families in counties where the courthouses burned or other catastrophes happened to destroy records.
