Bladen County Schools has scheduled pre-kindergarten application days for July 22, 23 and 24 at the Bladen County Board of Education for children who will be 4 years old on or before Aug. 31.
Screening times will be from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. each day for enrollment for eligible children for the upcoming school year, according to the school system. Screening times can be scheduled by calling (910) 862-4136.
Required documentation to bring for Pre-K registration include:
• “Certified” Birth Certificate (not mother’s copy)
• Pre-Kindergarten Health Assessment/Dental assessment
• Immunization record
• Social Security Card
• Proof of residence, e.g., water or light bill, rent receipt
• Proof of income, e.g., pay stubs, written and signed statement from employer or copy of most recent W2
