Oscar Harris, long time Mayor of Dunn, former NC State Senator and White Lake developer died earlier this week. The 80-year-old did not seek re-election in the most recent municipal elections. He was an accountant … and made a huge investment several years ago, building condos on the NC 53 side of White Lake. … News accounts did not give a cause for his ‘apparently’ unexpected death.
