BLADENBORO – Demetrius Williams poured in 20 points Thursday night to lead the Williams Township Aggies to a 43-30 Waccamaw Middle School Conference boys basketball victory over Bladenboro.

Demetrius Williams and Demarcus Williams sparked a 25-4 closing run for the Aggies with 8 points each. Teammate Rovaugh Graham finished with 10 points.

Hezekiah Adams fired in a 3-point shot and 2 other baskets to lead the Bulldogs to an early 8-4 lead. Cade Allen bombed in a 3-point shot, and center Chase Williams and Adams dropped in baskets as the Bladenboro lead grew to 15-10 at halftime.

Chase Williams sank 4 free throws, Adams threw in 2 baskets and Moore drained a 3-point shot to push the Bulldog lead to 26-18 at the third quarter break. Chase Williams popped in a basket and 2 free throws in the final period for Bladenboro.

Adams topped the Bulldog scoring with 13 points, and Chase Williams finished with 10 points.

The Bulldogs, now 3-3 in Division AA play and 5-4 overall, will travel to Elizabethtown Thursday.
