East Bladen swept Union 2-0 Thursday in Four County Conference junior varsity volleyball action at East by set scores of 25-18 and 25-15.
Sophomore Kaley Smith poured in 13 service points and 6 aces and dished out 6 assists for the winners. Freshman Ashley Hardin hammered in 4 kills, 6 service points, 2 aces and had one assist.
Bethany Lesane knocked in 2 kills, 4 service points, 2 aces and had one assist for the Lady Eagles. Teammate Alexa Hernandez followed with 3 service points, an ace and a kill.
Sophomore Faith Johnson fired in 3 service points and 2 aces for East, and teammate Jozee Strickland added a service point, an ace and a kill.
The Lady Eagle jayvees improved to 7-12 on the season and will travel to West Bladen Tuesday at 4:30.
