The August 3 Thundering Herd held at Vineyard Golf at White Lake brought out a record number of teams and a new record score for the nine hole event.
The team of Cade Hancock (who just finished in 34th place in the Optimist International Junior Golf Championship in Florida), Brian Smith, Walton Fisher and Conner Bullard shot 9-under par to take first place.
Taking second place was “The Gooden Team” (Luke, Bobby, Jonathan and Ronald) who shot 7-under par.
A new record of seven teams participated.
The Herd is held every Thursday at 6 p.m.
