Camp Clearwater hosted a Harvest Party weekend for Halloween, with decorating contests, pumpkin carving contest, vendors, a cornhole tournament, food, and trick or treating, it was a great way to spend Halloween in Bladen County.
Like many other events of the weekend, event planners shared that they believe this is the largest crowd they have ever had in attendance.

Mayor Goldston Womble had nothing but positive things to say about the weekend-long event. He said, “It turned out to be a great weekend. The fireworks display was great, and my grandkids really enjoyed the trick or treating. I’ve been told that this may be the biggest crowd yet.” He added, “Clearwater and other businesses in White Lake have been working to extend the lake season, and it seems to be working well.”
