Several area churches are offering free Thanksgiving meals in Bladen County.
There will be a free homemade Thanksgiving Meal, Thursday, November 24 from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. The meal will take place at Open Door Ministries located at 2704 E Broad Street in Elizabethtown, just past Ace Wrecker.
This meal is sponsored by local businesses, churches, and ministries of Bladen County. If you are unable to attend please leave a message at 910-862-1566 and leave name and address and we can deliver a plate to you.
Also, the God’s Bounty Thanksgiving meal will be served at Clarkton United Methodist Church located on US Hwy. 701 South, Clarkton. The meal will be served on Thanksgiving Day from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m.
