As the spring air buzzed with excitement, the Bladen County Public Library staff unveiled an EGG-ceptional Story Time event, dedicated to the joy and wonder of the Easter season.

The library staff reported, “We read a story, enjoyed craft time, and had a super fun indoor Easter egg hunt!”

Chris Lancaster from Girl Scouts of America was the guest speaker weaving stories of adventure and camaraderie. But the event took an even more magical turn when the Easter Bunny made a grand entrance, setting the stage for an unforgettable Easter Egg hunt that had every heart racing with anticipation.

The library halls, usually a quiet sanctuary of books and whispers, were filled with laughter and cheers as the little attendees embarked on a quest for hidden eggs.

Story Time, a beloved tradition at the Bladen County Public Library, located at 111 N. Cypress Street in Elizabethtown, invites young minds to explore the infinite possibilities of imagination every Thursday at 10 a.m. For more Information call 910-862-6990.

The Bladen County Public Library will be closed Good Friday, March 29 and Monday, April 1, 2024, in observance of the holiday.
