At Monday’s meeting, Superintendent Dr. Jason Atkinson shared the revised (updated) 23-24 calendars. The modifications are as follows:
Traditional School Calendar: The last week of school (May 28, 29, 30, and 31) will now be early release days. All schools and departments will be closed on May 27 in observance of Memorial Day.
Second Chance Testing and Remediation will be held on Monday, June 3 through Wednesday, June 5.
Bladen Early College High School Calendar: The last week of school (May 13, 14, 15,16, and 17) will now be early release days.
Additionally, the Board of Education approved the 2024-2025 calendars for both our traditional schools and Early College.
