The UNC-W Lady Seahawk Golf Team was paced to an 11th place finish in the LSU Tiger Classic Golf Tournament by Clarkton sophomore Kayla Thompson this past weekend.
Thompson had her second top 10 finish of the season as she fired 72-78-75=225 in the LSU Tiger Classic played at the University Club in Louisiana.
Thompson came in 7th in the field. A total of 17 college teams participated.
The next tournament for the Lady Seahawks is scheduled for Clemson University April 1-3.
