DUBLIN, NC -Bladen Community College is pleased to offer a short-term training opportunity, at no cost, for those seeking to enter the field of client care services. Client Service classes begin June 15th.
There is a wide variety of classes offered by the Bladen Community College Continuing Education Department during the summer. The Client Service training is a course developed to prepare individuals to work in an entry-level position as a Client Service Associate. There are a number of client service centers within the region that regularly recruit individuals who are equipped with essential workplace readiness skills needed to thrive in this type work environment. Students will explore concepts of client service employment with an emphasis on professionalism, communication skills, computer basics, care center environment, best practices, employment techniques, and completing a job application or resume.
Client Service Training will be available entirely online and a limited amount of scholarships are available to qualified applicants making this great opportunity available at no cost! Before the end of the summer, you will be ready to pursue a job in the exciting and expanding field of client care services!
