Community Care of The Lower Cape Fear is holding a Community Resiliency Model training on Wednesday, March 13th, 2019, for anyone who is interested in learning about the biology of stress reactions and building resiliency skills.

The training will take place at the Columbus County Center in Whiteville from 9 a.m. until 4:30 p.m.

This full-day, interactive program is aimed to help you focus on your own resiliency skills – helping yourself so you can help others. Six hours of continuing education credit is available. Register today at https://www.carelcf.org/training-opportunities
