The Elizabethtown Town Council will meet on Monday night and will deal with several issues.
During the noon work session the council is schedule to hear from Dale Holland with Holland Consulting Planners regarding updating the town’s zoning ordinances.
On Monday evening the board will hear a request for voluntary annexation of two tracts of land in the Elizabethtown industrial Park. The council will also consider a resolution regarding the asset inventory and assessment of the town’s wastewater system.
The board will also mull a proposal for an industrial park master plan, general engineering and grant services agreement with W. K. Dickson, the bid award for the town’s banking services, appointments to the Elizabethtown Recreation Commission, a budget amendment and tax releases. The council will also receive a monthly financial report.
The board is also scheduled to hold a closed session for a personnel matter.
