The Importance of Rabies Vaccination

North Carolina law mandates that every cat and dog over four months of age must be vaccinated against rabies. Failure to comply with this law can result in a civil penalty of $200.00. Rabies is a serious and potentially fatal disease, both for pets and humans. Vaccination is the most effective way to prevent its spread and protect your family and community.

A Convenient Drive-Thru Clinic

To make the vaccination process even more convenient, Elizabethtown Veterinary Hospital is offering a drive-thru clinic format. Simply drive up during the specified hours on the scheduled dates, and our experienced staff will administer the vaccine to your pets while you remain in the comfort of your vehicle.

Protect Your Pets and Your Community

By participating in these rabies clinics, you not only safeguard the health of your pets but also contribute to the well-being of the entire community. Preventing the spread of rabies is a collective effort, and your participation is crucial.
