Events for Southeastern Residents

Upcoming EventsApril 28: The White Oak Volunteer Fire Department will be starting the day off at 7 a.m. with a Pancake Breakfast that will last until 10 a.m. Everyone is invited to join and plates will be dine-in or carry out and will cost a donation.

April 28: Beginning at 8 a.m. until 1 p.m. the Bladen County Master gardener Volunteers will be at the Cape Fear Farmers Market to have their Annual Plant Sale. There will be a large variety of shrubs, perennials, trees, annuals and tomatoes.

April 28: The Kelly Spring Festival will begin at 10 a.m. with a parade a Kelly Ballpark in Kelly. The parade will be traveling down NC 53 towards the Kelly ball field. There will be a offer of  variety of music at 11 a.m. by the North Tower Band and there will also be vendors and food available.

April 28: Medication drop off will begin at 10 a.m. and will end at 2 p.m. Medications are to be kept in their original bottles and will be accepted along with  syringes and other sharp objects. Locations for the drop off will be in New Hanover County, Pender County, Onslow County, Columbus County, Brunswick County, and Duplin County.
