East Bladen grad Farrell Murchison rushed for 126 yards and a touchdown as Louisburg’s Hurricanes rolled past The Apprentice School 35-2 Saturday in Franklinton.
Murchison started the second half with a 38-yard run, then galloped 52 yards for a touchdown on the next Hurricane possession.
Larrell Murchison, Farrell’s twin brother, was credited with 3 solo tackles and assisted on a sack for a 6-yard loss.
The Hurricanes are now 5-0 and will travel to Fayetteville Sunday at 2 p.m. to play the Methodist junior varsity.
