The rain held out for an important training for one local company. Four County Electric held a training today, Wednesday, April 5th, for eight of its linemen.
The men were trained in pole rescue and bucket rescue techniques. The local linemen are trained once a year in rescue operations, using AED, CPR and first aid according to Brent Croom, Safety Director at Four County.
The men in training were all experienced with the work required of a lineman at the local company, however they all take part in the trainings every year.
