The Memorial Day Holiday is a time for honoring our men and women who gave their lives serving our country. In honor of the holiday, area offices have announced their schedule.
All federal offices will be closed on Monday, May 28, in observance of the holiday. They will resume their regular schedule on Tuesday, May 29th.
All state, county and municipal government offices will also be closed on Monday, May 28, for the holiday. They will resume their regular schedule on Tuesday, May 29th.
Bladen County Schools will be closed on Monday, May 28, and classes will resume on Tuesday, May 29th.
All branches of the Bladen County Public Library will be closed Saturday, May 26th, through Monday, May 28th, in observance of Memorial Day. They will resume normal operations on Tuesday, May 29th.
Bladen County Solid Waste announced all convenience sites will be operating on their normal schedule from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Memorial Day. However, the Transfer Station will be closed in observance of the holiday. Normal operations shall resume on Tuesday, May 29th.
