The next meeting of the Mother County Genealogical Society will be conducted on Saturday, June 11, from noon until 2 p.m. at the Bladenboro Historical Society Building located at 818 South Main Street, Bladenboro.
The guest speaker will be Judy Sessoms and she will speak about “Family Collection of Singletary/Hester Papers”.
Sessoms has extensively researched her Singletary and Hester heritage over her lifetime and has had the luck of having many family documents passed down to her. She grew up in the Bladenboro area and has lived here most of her adult life. Her research includes many other local family lines as well.
Come and mingle with folks who can help you find your ancestors, and then visit our museum.
The museum is open 2 until 4 p.m. every Saturdays and Sundays.
