Many will be celebrating moms this weekend. One mom may have won big with a lottery ticket purchase in Bladen County.

The North Carolina Education Lottery announced this past weekend an NC Lottery player won $100,000 in a Carolina Cash 5 draw. The ticket was sold at Dublin Mini Mart, located at 7508 Albert Street in Bladen County.

Although no winner has been announced for the local winning ticket sold, the NC Education Lottery did publish an article in honor of Mother’s Day. Some moms like flowers, some prefer breakfast in bed or even jewelry, and a special few dreams of Mother’s Day, bringing them a chance at a big win.

It’s no secret that moms are some of the most deserving people there are. And moms that win the lottery are no exception.
