Two Bladen County residents are helping to make a difference in the lives of abused and neglected children in our state.
Corey Alambis and Tocarra Osborne, both from Bladenboro, were recently showcased in a districtwide Facebook campaign titled “I Am .” The campaign was created and designed to showcase the uniqueness and diversity of our current Guardians as well as recruit new volunteers.
Volunteers of the North Carolina Guardian ad Litem advocate for the over 1,700 abused and neglected children that go to court in our state each year and speak up for their best interests in the courtroom.
