Among the standout stars was Cadet Jazzlyn Otten, who clinched the coveted title of Miss Bladen County Youth Focus, marking a remarkable milestone in her journey. This achievement holds special significance as it coincides with her fourth year at the Academy and positions her as a beacon of inspiration for her peers.A member of the PBLA class of ’24, Cadet Otten has set her sights on a promising future, with plans to attend Marion Military Academy upon graduation. Her dedication to excellence is evident not only in her academic pursuits but also in her commitment to community engagement and leadership development. Proud parents Ryan Otten and April Mahar, along with her siblings Tionna, Braylon, Brystal, Kyison, Jaxson, and Chandon, stand as pillars of support, cheering her on every step of the way.But the success story doesn’t end there. Cadet Joara Berry soared to new heights as she was crowned Ms. Junior Bladen County Youth Focus, showcasing the depth of talent and character within the PRBLA ranks. Additionally, Cadet Ava Hunt’s stellar performance earned her the title of 1st runner-up in the junior division, further highlighting the Academy’s commitment to nurturing well-rounded individuals who excel both on and off the stage.
