On May 29, 2020, the Bladen County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Unit executed a search warrant located at 341 Hwy 53 W. Elizabethtown, after receiving community complaints regarding narcotics sales at the residence. During the search, agents located cocaine, methamphetamine, and drug manufacturing equipment on the property.

James Thomas

James Douglas Thomas, W/M/47, of 7779 NC Highway 41 Elizabethtown, was arrested and charged with Felony Possession of Schedule II Controlled Substance.  He was placed in the Bladen County Detention Center under a $5,000 secured bond

 

 

On June 1, 2020, the Bladen County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Unit conducted a traffic stop on Christopher Neil Mclean, W/M/46, aka “P-Hard”, of 18 Ruby Kids Road, Bladenboro, after receiving community complaints in reference to narcotic activity. Agents located three ounces of methamphetamine, a Taurus handgun, drug manufacturing equipment, and $1339.00 of U.S. Currency in the vehicle.

McLean was charged with Maintaining a Vehicle to Distribute a Controlled Substance, Manufacture Methamphetamine, Possession with Intent to Sell and Deliver Schedule III, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Trafficking in Methamphetamine and Possession with Intent to Sell and Deliver Methamphetamine.

 

Christopher Mclean was booked at the Bladen County Detention Center under a $151,000 secured bond.
