* Hurricane Dorian is forecast to continue to steadily strengthen as it tracks northwestward and then west-northwestward over the next 72 hours.
* The storm’s forward motion is expected to slow down considerably as Dorian approaches the Florida coast.
* Current guidance indicates Dorian or the remnants of Dorian will track northward and then northeastward along or near the coastline of GA, SC and then NC during mid-late next week. Remember, do not get too focused on the exact track, as the average forecast track error at Day 5 (Wednesday) is about 200 miles.
