Booker T. Washington High School Alumni Association held its Scholarship Luncheon on December 19, 2023 at Abigail Tea Room in Lumberton, NC.
Miss Sydney Taylor McKoy was the recipient. She received a $500 check and a certificate.
Sydney is a 2023 graduate of Dwight Englewood High School, Englewood, NJ.
She is now enrolled at Rutgers University in Piscataway, NJ, majoring in Communications and Public Relations.
Her parents are Vernon and Lisa McKoy and grandparents are Pearl (deceased) and Veda McKoy.
