Tenth Annual Roger’s Wish donations were extended until November 3 at the Bladen County Library in Elizabethtown. This date change is due to an interview with WECT on October 27 with event organizer Jeffrey Bryan. It is our aim to increase the amount of donations for this annual event during its final collection week. Distribution Day is still on November 3 at the main branch located at 111 North Cypress Street, Elizabethtown. Roger’s Wish project organizers Mariea Bryant and Jeffrey Bryan will oversee the handouts of blankets and warm winter apparel to the public throughout the day.
