Yesterday, had the pleasure of attending a couple. The family of Lewis Tatum appeared to “pull off” the perfect surprise birthday party at the E-town Baptist Church. A large crowd of well-wishers shared his 80th party.
In Bladenboro, the community held a fundraiser for one of their own who recently suffered a fire that “gutted” their home. Friends of Cary and Esther Gause enjoyed BBQ and contributed.
I know I say it each year, but can you believe we are nearing the mid-point of 2016. July 4th is just around the corner.
