Fireworks at White Lake were beautiful, thanks to Elizabethtown-White Lake Chamber of Commerce, supporters and staff.

I am ready to return to a normal routine.
Holidays are tough competition for news outlets.
So proud of immediate family and close friends. Many are at the age when sickness sometimes ‘steals’ from the good times.
Grandchildren are special.
Think back to my parents and grandparents, wish I had recorded some of what they shared of their lives. Too late now, they have ‘passed’ on.

Many of us are creatures of habit. Home is always a good place to re-set our body clocks.
Wish I would win the lottery, I promise a goodly portion to the betterment of mankind.
See obits of someone about my age that I think I should remember, pull out my ’53, ’54, ’55 or 1956 Bladenboro High School Bulldog yearbook and see if I helps bring back memories.
