thoughts while shavingYesterday’s high temp was 79 degrees, no doubt it varied greatly, by a mid-afternoon weather change that included wind and rain for a short time, less than a tenth of an inch at the reporting station … Today’s forecast is for mostly sunny skies, with a high near 83. Tonight (Saturday), a chance of showers mainly after 2 a.m. with a low around 56 and the chance of precipitation is 30%.

Sunday (Church Day) … Rain … High near 61 … Northeast wind gusts as high as 17 mph, and an 80% chance of rain. Sunday night, rain, mainly before 2 a.m., low around 47 and an 80% chance of rain…

Come Monday, mostly sunny with a high near 66, low Monday night near 44, and no mention of precipitation for the next several days…

Little League baseball has long been a favorite of mine … I coached for several years … years and years ago … Occasionally, I will hear from a former player … Hopefully, most have retired or will soon and they have enjoyed a successful career…

Remember when you were in grade school … spring time temps were higher, warm days, no air conditioning, mind began to wander … and think you would never get out of school … We did and time sped up … Now … senior, senior citizens.
