Interesting day, yesterday, weather-wise … hot, hot, hot most of the day … A late thunderstorm brought rain, wind and cooler weather … 100 degrees recorded at the local NWS reporting station at the local airport. A thunderstorm between 6 and 7 p.m. produced 1.29 inches of rain and temps dropped from near 97 to 75 degrees in about an hour. Wind gusts as high as 24 mph recorded at the same location…
