Ever worked in a sweat-shop? I did once, but truth be told, it was a little better pay than what I was accustomed to and I ask for the job. Best I could tell, everyone there was working hard and their pay was based on production.
As I look back, thought of the Johnny Paycheck song, “Take This Job and Shove It”.
Have a nephew who joined the Navy a couple of years ago, right out of high school. He is currently in Japan, waiting to board the USS Ronald Reagan where he will likely be stationed for the next 3 to 5 years, if all goes as planned. Communications in various forms is available now, not sure how that changes when he boards the ship. It’s the new world we live in. Internet connects all.
