Uninsured population refers to the percentage of citizens within each county who are under the age of 65 and do not have health insurance. The North Carolina average is 13%. 18% of Bladen County residents do not have coverage. In Columbus County it is 16%, Robeson is 19%, Sampson 19%, Pender 13% and Cumberland is 11%.
