If you are looking for a good lunch today, Saturday, November 21st stop by the Trinity AME Zion Church at the corner of Baltimore Road and S. Elwell Ferry Road in Carvers Creek for free fish and good fellowship.
Thomas Beatty Jr. a member of the church was busy preparing the 100 pounds of spot fish. He said, ” We are going to feed everyone until the last person is feed and we ran out.”
Rev. Dr. Val Sutton said, “This is our annual giveaway we do for the community every year. We do this just to get people to come out.”
She continued, “We had people come last year that I had never met and we are hoping for the same thing this year.”
Everyone is welcome to attend this community feast. The lunch will start at noon and end when the food runs out.
