
The following is an updated listing of road closures for Bladen County as it appears in the North Carolina Department of Transportation’s Travel Information System. They are as follows:
*NC 11 East of East Arcadia is closed in both directions
*NC-211 west of Bladenboro is closed in both directions
*NC-210 North of Kelly is closed due to flooding
*NC 210 east of Kelly is flooded in multiple locations between NC 11 and NC 53
*Nc 210 east of White Lake is impassable to the Pender County line.
*NC-210 North East of White Lake is closed in both directions due to a pavement washout in two locations
*NC-210 North East of White Lake is closed in both directions the shoulder is closed for repairs.
*NC-210 Near White Lake in both directions is closed due to shoulder washing
*NC-211 west of Bladenboro is closed at the Robeson County line due to the bridge washing out
*NC-41 East of White Lake is closed at the Sampson County line due to flooding
*NC-41 West of Elizabethtown is closed at the Robeson County line due to flooding
*NC-53 East of Kelly in both directions is flooded in various locations and impassable
*NC-53 north of Elizabethtown is closed one-quarter mile from US 701 and NC 242 due to flooding
*NC 53 West near White Oak is closed due to the bridge being out
*Twisted Hickory Road west of Elizabethtown is closed in both directions due to pavement failure
Tar Heel Ferry Road is closed due to high water and a wash out.
*River Road is closed between Braxton Edge Road and River Road
*Marsh Road northwest of Bladenboro is impassable due to flooding
*Browns Creek Church Road west of Elizabethtown at Townsend Road
*E 4th Street north of Elizabethtown is closed due to a pipe failure
*Helltown Road north of White Lake is closed at the Sampson County line due to flooding
*Airport Road east of Elizabethtown is closed due to a washout of a crossline
*Coley Road north of Elizabethtown is closed between Airport Road and NC 87
*Coley Road east of Elizabethtown is closed due to the bridge washing out
*Elkton Road east of Clarkton is closed due to a major washout
*Allen Priest Road south of Elizabethtown is closed between NC 87 and Lisbon Road
*US-701 in Elizabethtown the southbound bridge is closed for debris removal. The northbound lane remains open to two-way traffic
