Figuring out what is right, what is fair, and what is wrong is based on the principle of justice, and it’s not just bringing rights to society. Justice is knowing how to decide who deserves what by right. In other words, it is the will to give what is justified to the one who is warranted to receive it. It is one of the human rights; therefore, all people can use legal tools and mechanisms to recognize and protect their rights. Justice consists of ethics, equality, honesty, liberty, and equity.

The term justice is qualified as a noun. It comes from the Latin “iustitia.” the quality of being moral rightness.

The Government has the power to take care of and comply with the laws of the Constitution. Likewise, the judiciary must administer justice through the application of pre-established statutes and regulations. In its capacity as the final arbitrator of law, The Supreme Court of The United States is in charge of assuring the American people the promise of equal justice under the law; that is why it is also the guardian and interpreter of the Constitution.

Justice is the conciliation of human relations supported by law according to the rights and duties consecrated on the Constitution. Justice can be administrated by law, and the Courts of Justice manage it. According to the U. S. Department of Justice, “The federal court system has three main levels: district courts (the trial court), circuit courts which are the first level of appeal, and the Supreme Court of the United States, the final level of appeal in the federal system.” There are 94 district courts, 13 circuit courts, and one Supreme Court throughout the country.

The most relevant and discussed goal of the Government and the society is justice as the basis of organized human behavior. Justice is responsible for regulating human action in a fair and egalitarian way, harmonizing individual and collective interests, and advocating or demuring laws, politics, decisions, and government actions.

Justice is a worldwide known principle that is governed by the truth and the rights application. It is the set of laws, regulations, and rules created to keep social order and ensure wellness.
