FOUR OAKS – Teams from Rock Ridge have been added to the Tar Heel Softball Leagues 10U and 12U District 5 Tournaments that will be played next week at the Civitan Fields, and the schedule for both Bladen County All-Star teams has now changed.
The Bladen 12U All-Stars will now begin play Monday night at 6:30 against Rock Ridge in what is now a 5-team tournament. The tournament will continue nightly through Friday night.
The Bladen 10U All-Stars will now play Tuesday night at 8 p.m. against the winner of Monday’s game between Johnston County Athletic Association East and Johnston County Athletic Association South. The 10U tournament has now expanded to 6 teams and will continue nightly through Friday night.
Members of the Bladen 12U team are: Avianna Whittington, Makynzee Thompson, Angelina Jones, Savannah Ownbey, Tinsley Allen, Keri Faye Burgess, Ruby Liggitt, Laikyn Rogerson, Racquel Whittington, Rylee White, India Storms and Kaylee Fisher. Head Coach is Dom Whittington. Assistant Coaches are Jeffrey Rogerson and Jerry Campbell.
Members of the Bladen 10U team are: Kenadie Pusey, Jeniyah Whittington, Alyna Olivares, Khloe Campbell, Alaina Wilkins, Danica Bordeaux, Jamison Raynor, Maelee Grace Norris, Kenley Brisson, Piper Thompson, Sinia Colville and Zy’Niyah Canty. Head Coach is Ashley Norris. Assistant Coaches are Brandon Thompson, Kevin Brady and Jerry Campbell.
