1. Fine-Free Friday: Friday, Bladen County library branches in Elizabethtown, Bladenboro and Clarkton. Library material turned in will have late fee waived. (READ MORE)
2. Trucks and Treats: Tuesday, 6-8 p.m., Clarkton Fire Department, 205 Peach Street. Kids get candy and can see the fire trucks.
3. Gigantic Yard Sale: Nov. 4, 7 a.m.-noon, Trinity Methodist Church, 901 West Broad Street, Elizabethtown. Drop off donations Nov. 1-3 inside the Activity Building.
