2. Big Doe Roundup: Dec. 2-4. Boy Scout Troop 600, Elizabethtown. Tickets are $20 per entry and sales end Dec. 1. Any doe taken Dec 2-4 will be brought to Clark Farm for field dress, weigh and store. All meat will be donated and distributed through Bladen Crisis Center to residents in need. First prize is $500, second is $200, third is $100 and wild card is $250. 3. COVID-19 Booster Shot: Available at Bladen County Health Department to those eligible by appointment only. The Health Department continue to administer first and second shot vaccines for ages 12 and older Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. by appointment or walk-in.
