East Bladen cracked NC Preps Class 2A Top 10 Rankings this week following the Eagles impressive 35-16 victory Friday night over traditional Class 2A power Clinton.
Coach Robby Priest’s Eagles enter the rankings at No. 10. Other area schools in the 2A Top 10 include Wallace-Rose Hill at No. 5 and East Duplin at No. 7. Clinton was ranked No. 8 in last week’s rankings.
Shelby, the defending Class 2AA champion, is ranked No. 1, and Reidsville, the defending Class 2A champion, is ranked No. 3 in this week’s poll.
