ELIZABETHTOWN – East Bladen rode a stellar defensive effort to a 26-2 Three Rivers Conference jayvee football victory over St. Pauls Thursday night.

The Eagles opened the scoring when freshman quarterback Zach Meares tossed a 30-yard touchdown pass to Rasean McKoy. Sophmore Jordan Robinson broke loose and raced 50 yards for another Eagle touchdown.

Sophmore Kasey Price bolted 5 yards for an East Bladen touchdown, and sophmore Lawson Hester charged into the end zone from ten yards out for the final Eagle touchdown. Hester also had two pass interceptions in the game.

Coach Ritchie Priest’s Eagle jayvees remain unbeaten in conference play at 6-0 and are 6-1 overall.
