CERRO GORDO – West Columbus defeated West Bladen 15-2 Wednesday in Three Rivers Conference jayvee baseball action.
Pitcher Thomas West walked and scored the first Knight run in the second inning.
Sophomore Chris Bailey led off the West Bladen third inning with a single, and freshman Sam West followed with a single. Jeremy Pait knocked in Bailey with a single to left-centerfield.
Pait, Sam West, Bailey and Mason Woodell connected for one hit each for the Knights. Thomas West and Bailey scored runs, and Pait drove in a run.
West Bladen will host St. Pauls Friday.
